Order on Ylanga

The costs

The prices of the items are indicated including VAT. However, Value Added Tax is not applicable insofar as ELIZA exercises its activity as a self-employed entrepreneur (article 293 B of the General Tax Code).

There is no additional tax to pay for deliveries in France.

For orders outside France, it is the responsibility of the recipient of the package to pay, upon receipt, the taxes or customs duties that apply to the country of destination. The details of the taxes relating to your order are specified in your basket as well as on your order confirmation and your invoice.

Add products

The proper functioning of our site requires the use of JavaScript technology. Please check :

  • JavaScript authorization is enabled on your web browser.
  • your firewall or other network protection software does not block access to our site. It may be necessary to disable this protection.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to create an account in order to place an order. However, creating an account is useful for saving your basket, managing your delivery and invoicing addresses, printing or downloading your invoices, etc.

Create a customer account

After having completed the information requested by the site, you will receive a message to the e-mail address that you have given us, which will contain a link to confirm your registration.

You can change your password once logged into your customer area, it must have a minimum of 6 characters and contain at least 2 digits.

All the information you communicate to us is encrypted by the SSL protocol.

Order confirmation

Upon acceptance of your payment, you are redirected to our site on a screen confirming your order. Then you will receive, within a few minutes, a confirmation email summarizing the details of your order.

If you have not received this email, we invite you to contact our customer service indicating the time and date of the order as well as the amount of the order.

We will then confirm whether the order has been taken into account or what needs to be done to validate it.

Change or cancel an order

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it is not yet “packaged in preparation”.

To cancel your order, you have two options:

– either call us on 01 43 98 19 02 (or +331 43 98 19 02 from abroad)

– either cancel your order directly from the site: click on “My orders” to have access to the details of all your orders; click on the order to be canceled on the cancellation option. If you have already paid for your order, it will be refunded to you within 7 working days.

Order not received

First check that your order has been taken into account: following the acceptance of your payment, you should have received an order confirmation email.

An email was then sent to you to notify you of the start of shipment of your order. If after 5 working days you have not received anything and no delivery notice has been left in your mailbox, contact our Customer Service .

Payments

What payment methods are accepted?

Access to payment is subject to acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale. The payment methods offered are as follows: credit card and Paypal.

Deliveries

The shipping costs vary according to the different delivery methods chosen and which are displayed on the Site. The delivery times indicated by the Post Office are as follows:

For Metropolitan France: delivery by letter followed in 2 to 3 working days after the dispatch of the products: 3€ including tax; delivery by Colissimo in 2 to 3 working days after the products have been dispatched: €6 including tax

For the DOM-TOMs: delivery by letter followed in 3 to 5 working days after the dispatch of the products: €5 including tax, delivery by Colissimo Outre-Mer in 3 to 5 working days after the dispatch of the products: €14 including tax

To the countries of the European Union: delivery by letter followed in 3 to 5 working days after the dispatch of the products: €5 including tax, delivery by Colissimo International in 3 to 5 working days after the dispatch of the products: €13 including tax

To other destinations: delivery by letter followed in 3 to 5 working days after the dispatch of the products: €7 including tax, delivery by Colissimo International in 3 to 5 working days after the dispatch of the products: €16 including tax

Returns and Refunds

Reception

We advise not to accept your package if you have reservations about its condition.

Upon receipt of your package, if you believe that its packaging shows signs of deterioration, you have the option of refusing the package. It will then be returned to us.

Items with a defect

We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products. If however, despite all the quality controls carried out, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to have this problem noted in order to be reimbursed. We ask you to respect the return procedure by indicating the reason for the return. In the event of proven default on our part, you will have the possibility of being reimbursed. The costs of return and resending are then at our expense.

Make a return or exchange

To return an item to us, please contact our customer service. You have 15 days after receipt of your order to return your package to us!

This will be processed as soon as possible. Once the refund has been made, you will receive an email notifying you.

Customer account

Change delivery address

You can change your delivery address before your next order, in the section manage your addresses via the customer area menu.

But you can also change your delivery address during the ordering process. At the delivery address step, you can add an address.

Changing email address

You can change your e-mail address, in the Edit my profile section, via the customer area menu.

Unsubscribe from the newsletter

You can modify your newsletter subscriptions by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter you have received.

Unsubscribe from the site

You can unsubscribe from the site by simple email addressed to contact@ylanga.com .
